Achieving Academic Excellence

From Kindergarten to 5th grade, learning at Calvary Chapel Christian Academy is centered on achieving academic excellence and the preparation of students for a life of integrity, faith, and service to the Lord and community.

Our daily classroom schedule offers a variety of teacher-directed academics and child-choice activities. The developmentally appropriate curriculum includes a balance of activities which include: Abeka curriculum in every subject (supplemented with BJU Press), STEM, biblical lessons, cooking classes, creative arts, children’s music, dramatic play, sensory play, and large motor activities. Religious education, as well as prayer are threads that are consistently woven into the curriculum. 

Academic success is great, but so is co-curricular excellence. We believe that these are opportunities to not only gain physical exercise but also learn important skills in leadership, service, faith, problem-solving and decisiveness.
